Continuous roll automatic feeding and welding equipment

Automatic feeding and welding equipment is a key device for achieving production line automation, and its production speed greatly affects the overall speed of the production line. In the past two years, the comprehensive costs of labor and resource prices, environmental protection, etc. in China have rapidly increased, leading to an increase in production costs for enterprises and a continuous squeeze on profit margins, resulting in poor survival space for enterprises. To address this phenomenon, the 13th Five Year Plan proposes that improving labor productivity should be taken as an important indicator to guide the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry.

The continuous roll automatic feeding and welding equipment developed by our company has a production speed of up to 30m/min and extremely high production efficiency. In actual production, continuous roll automatic feeding and welding equipment will automatically weld the end of the previous roll and the head of the next roll of metal materials to prevent all products in the production line from being scrapped after the automatic shutdown of the production line. Secondly, in the past two years, metal electronic products have gradually tended towards miniaturization and microminiaturization, with particularly high requirements for welding accuracy. Our production equipment has achieved a production accuracy of ± 2.5 μ m through technologies such as laser positioning, longitudinal position adjustment control system, open telescopic guide structure, closed-loop position control algorithm, robot positioning, and improved adaptive PID algorithm, which is at the international leading level. Finally, to ensure sufficient supply, our equipment can be equipped with dual channel and multi-layer material trays according to customer requirements, to meet customer needs to the greatest extent possible.
